If it hasn't been addressed can anyone offer suggestions? We have a request from custodians and the union to operate the building ventilation during the early morning hours when custodians are in buildings. Our energy czar brings up the very valid point that to operate a 100,000 square foot building's HVAC because five custodians are in the building (each on a different floor) will be very costly. Looks like the OSHA regulations require the ventilation to be operated. Our local OSHA consultation people suggested writing to Sacramento to get a letter of interpretation. An interesting problem, si? Thanks, Jon
