At Pacific Lutheran University we use the MSDSs as a teaching tool. Students do a pre-lab write-up for each experiment where they check the MSDSs for health hazards as well as properties and registry numbers. They are available on-line, in the stockroom and in notebooks specific to each class and experiment in our unique open laboratory.
