I agree with the others to keep the rule posted. I'm from a large univ. that has many foreign students & older researchers. I keep it in my training & I always get someone saying that they were taught that way or were still doing it. Yes, its dumb, but so is driving w/o a seatbelt or while texting on the cell phone (things I see every day on the way home). And - even if no one ever did it again - both no food or drink & no mouth pipetting are specifically mentioned in the OSHA bloodborne pathogen rule & must be included in training.
