I took one of LSIs lab safety courses and bought a copy of the CHO course.  I was prepared and passed the NRCC-CHO exam on the first sitting.  It didn't hurt that I had already sat for my CSP, so their may have been some overlap, but what I got from LSI was IMHO sufficient.

Any ideas?
