D-CHAS folks,

DISCLAIMER:  The announcement below may be of interest to persons interested in lab safety education.  Although there is some information of a generic nature, the topic of this email is also clearly about a webinar related to a commercial venture.  The listserv moderator has been contacted in advance about posting this announcement.

On Wednesday, November 10, at 1 PM (EST) there will be a webinar presented by Bob Hill and me about our new laboratory safety textbook, “Laboratory Safety for Chemistry Students”.   We will discuss the structure of the book, its use in chemistry classes/labs, and how to use this text to infuse more safety education in the chemistry curriculum.  The webinar is expected to last about 45 minutes, and it will be archived for future access.
