=9D at about 2 p.m. at the Saint-Gobain Ekonol Plant located at 6600

chemicals.
Voutour said the driver, whose name was not released
by authorities or company officials, attempted, unsuccessfully, to douse
the blaze with a fire extinguisher.
"There was a forklift
that was operating and it backed into some plastic containers full of
waste and those chemicals ignited a small fire,=" Voutour said.
"Unfortunately, the driver of the forklift was burned in the
incident.="
