They have an application (both PC and portable) that allows emergency responders to anticipate and prepare for adverse chemical reactions in an emergency situation.
WISER is a system designed to assist first responders in hazardous material incidents. WISER provides a wide range of information on hazardous substances, including substance identification support, physical characteristics, human health information, and containment and suppression advice.
You can try it out with their web application without downloading to your phone.

For those of you with iPhones, thereŐs an app out for chemical compatibility. It will tell you, for example, whether or not nitrile gloves are suitable for handling the chemical, or whether or not they can be mixed or stored together. And best of all, itŐs free!
