It might be useful for you to take a look at Grand Valley State UniversityÕs CHP. They have good templates and SOP templates as well.

GVSU has ~24,000 students with some research. Their Engineering safety program is also very good.

Hi all,

I am looking for a boiler-plate CHP for a small college that I can use to start writing one for our college.  We are a small technical college in Wisconsin, and have never had a CHP since IÕve been here, 11 years and counting.  IÕd also like to look at a complete CHP for a small college, so I can have an idea what the finished product should look like.   Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
