Hi George - I like ChemIDPlus Advanced for a research database.  It is 
NIHs database of databases.  This has everything, so you will have to 
look up each chemical individually (its not just a list of OELs), but 
you can also find all the information published about a specific chemical.

Within ChemIDPlus, I like the Hazardous Substance Database and Webwiser.
