My company uses a supplier called “Mancine Optical”. They have
a large variety of options and are reasonably priced. Their number is
856-764-0246.

Subject: Re: [DCHAS-L] Prescription chemical splash goggles
I purchased a prescription pair
of safety glasses from Lens Crafters with side shields. I wear them
whenever I am in the lab which is really all day. I know they are cheaper
(and goggles are available as well) online.

Ideas?
