Dates are listed on OSHA's website http://www.osha.gov/dsg/hazcom/effectivedates.html
They're also in the Hazard Communication Standard http://www.osha.gov/dsg/hazcom/HCSFinalRegTxt.html

How do you plan on dealing with the GHS? I know that training is required by Dec. 1st this year and full implementation is by 2015.
How is anyone tackling the issue of NFPA and other ranking numbers for flammability, toxicity, etc. vs GHS?
