Dear DCHAS Listserv members. LCDR Carlis Brown is a former student of mine at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. He now works at the Naval Medical Research Unit in Dayton, Ohio. I think that some of you might be
able to help him and have provided his full request and contact information below.

I am in need of a reference. I am doing some pesticide work and looking at different analytical methods. I came across a reference for an analysis method published by the Collaborative International Pesticides Analytical Council (CIPAC).
They are an international, non-profit-oriented and non-governmental organization that publishes materials on the analysis of pesticides. One of their handbooks (Handbook K) has been referenced as having published a method using FTIR for transfluthrin. Our
lab does a lot of work with FTIRs so I am very interested in reviewing their published method to see if it is something we could run. This resource is not readily available and I am on a fairly short timeline. Page 121 in CIPAC Handbook K is referenced for
the IR Spectra for transfluthrin but I am not certain on the page.
