Over the last two weeks, I have noticed erratic behavior of the LISTSERV platform in delivering e-mails to me for list management functions such as reviewing and approving posts to the list, etc. I have also had reports from list subscribers of similarly confusing behavior.
I suspect that this is related to odd interactions between various spam filters set up by institutions and commercial e-mail providers. In order to understand how to best manage this challenge, it would be helpful to have more reports of this kind of thing, to see if there is a useful pattern to this phenomenon (it's a lot like investigating an Indoor Air Quality problem).
So if you notice things about the DCHAS-L posting patterns that seem to be odd, please let me know to help flesh out the picture. I would also note that the list traffic is available on the web at
http://www.ilpi.com/dchas/2016/index.html
on a somewhat delayed basis (a couple of weeks delay), so if you get puzzling e-mail from the list you can check there for missing pieces.
Thanks for any help with this.
