All,
I’m posting this for Yamy Gonzelez who is having problems getting to the list. Respond to her (gonzalyi**At_Symbol_Here**yahoo.com), not to me, please.

Good morning!
I've been asked to collect information on how many institutions have a policy or guideline in place requiring any or all of the compressed cylinders with NFPA health and/or flammability rating 3 or 4 to be changed at a certain time of the day and do you require/recommend 2 or 3 people for conducting the process?
- For example, do you require H2, methane, propane or CO cylinders to be changed before 7:30am? Or during normal working hrs? How about for other chemicals like ammonia? Or silane, ...?
Thank you in advance for your response,
Yamy
