From Yale's Laser Safety Officer, Zach Tribbett:

Those powers are all below the threshold at which eyewear is required. Below 5 mW, the aversion response (turning away or blinking) is sufficient to protect from injury. Assuming the exposure isn't intentional. However, if eyewear is still desired, the following OD and glasses would work. They are at least OD 1 at each wavelength listed and have a good visual light transmission, so they won't be too dark. They're expensive (~$200) tho, so I've listed other manufacturers below. They could call around and see if they can find anything cheaper, but Thorlabs is generally a reasonable price.

All the lasers listed are OD  0.7 or less. This pair will work for all three (assuming the wavelength for the metrologic laser is 632.8 or 650nm). The two 633 nm lasers actually have an OD of zero, so the eyewear would be more for comfort than additional protection.

I am seeking help on a laser-safety question from a physics colleague. They need eye protection for the lasers listed below. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks!

Diode laser:  max < 5 mW; 660-680 nm; class IIIa

Helium-neon gas laser:  max < 1 mW; 633 nm; class II

Metrologic neon laser:  1.0 mW; class II
