Since the 1977-78 academic year, the Laboratory Safety Institute has helped 100,000 science educators and scientists to improve their lab safety programs.  As we head into our 40th year, we are preparing for a transition.  We are going to hire a new President for the organization in the next six to eighteen months.

I would like the person to be someone who is passionate about and dedicated to making health, safety and the environment integral and important parts of education, work and life.  The person needs to by an excellent teacher and a strong supporter of our organization’s priorities and values.

Give me a call if you would like to chat about this opportunity.  … Jim
