I am in need of assistance.

Our University is being to become more involved with research and grants. I understand each grant may different but some permit “moneys’ to be used for EHS support for the research such as waste removal. I am looking for a “model of grand funding to support EHS activities that are tied to the research”. I would appreciate any information you are willing to share such as but not limited to

  1. Examples of programs
  2. Names or people who work with grant funding that would be willing to answer questions
  3. Any help—books, articles, etc.

My end product will be to develop a process of when and how to identify funding for EHS’s support of the grants.  The process will be supplied to the individuals who are applying for the grants. I also will make this information available to our executive management to ensure they understand the process prior to approving a grant proposal.

Many thanks in advance for any assistance you all can provide.

Best,

Anne
